I've been renting from JE Barnes for over a year now & I've never had any issues. Anytime something needs fixing, they're sending someone out the next day or calling the next day to let me know when someone will be out. I appreciate the fact that they always try to work around my schedule of being a night RN. If you're looking for a rental company in Ruston this is you best bet. The staff is AMAZING.
Absolutely amazing realtor. The rental staff is more than willing to work with you are not only beyond kind and professional, but actually knowledgeable of their properties. I would highly recommend renting through them a million times over.
