If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Let me start by saying I own a home that is nearly 100 years old. I was impacted by Hurricane Laura but not in a way that my house was unlivable, just in a way that insurance was ready to do as little to help me as possible! Without Cameron and Marshall, I would still be without repairs and clueless. They guided me through every step of the process, answered every question I had, and never did I feel my project was neglected or that I was a burden for asking things that seemed silly. Can’t say enough good things about Richard Heard Construction. We had a tree fall on our house therefore we needed a ton of work done. Richard came out the day I called him laid out a plan for me. Between Richard, the office staff, and the work crew....it was professional from top to bottom. I was updated almost daily on the status of my claim as they worked with my insurance company.
