Unprofessional and rude, accused me of “just trying to find loopholes” when I was simply trying to understand and verifying that what they were telling me was correct. Regarding a sort of unique situation, they let me know that they were correct but they couldn’t find where it said they were correct. I asked politely if I could see documentation to back it and was given two print outs of vaguely related policies that still didn’t verify that what they were telling me was correct. I’d like to mention here that the lady that I was talking with was talking loud enough for everyone in the place to be staring at us. Our back and forth was going in circles at this point. I ended up finding the answer after some digging online and let them know for future instances where this certain situation

Queue was a little confusing, but once you’re in, you’re in. Had the pleasure of seeing Angela today and she was amazing. So sweet, and so helpful. Definitely recommend.

I like that the line is usually shorter than the DMV, but the check-in kiosk outside could be a little better. It would be nice if you could get an alert to tell you what position you are in line, rather than just get a text when they are ready for you. Could help you decide if you want to stick around or try coming back later.

Very nice ladies here that know their trade as well as if not better than the DMV/OMV. They get you in and get it done and have you on your way without the hassle of trying to beat the crowds at the state ran office. I was really surprised at how efficient and fast they handles all my needs and got me back on the road in no time. It was really actually enjoyable to go there as opposed to the nightmare that usually ensues going to the state ran office. I would definitely go there again and would reccomend anyone that doesn't have the time or patience for the DMV to give them a try. 5 stars.

Don't Know the lady's name but her desk is to the right when you walk in door, She is the sweetest lady I have dealt with, she goes above and beyond what is required. Was a pleasure dealing with her.
