I love living at Forest Creek Apartments! It is conveniently located to everything I need in Ruston. It is a quiet clean complex. It is pet friendly. The pool is always clean and ready to enjoy. But the best part is the management! Jeannie is always a text, phone call or email away and any maintenance issues are handled quickly. Definitely a 5 star experience!

I had lived here roughly 3-4 years ago and the overall experience was very pleasant. The maintenance service was either same day or next morning and the land owner was very nice and responsive.

I’ve lived here for a little under 2 years and I absolutely love everything about living here!! It’s in a safe area with generally great people around you. The manager is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to help you in any situation!! I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this apartment complex and management!!

For a whole year now this property has been under new, improved ownership/managment, has recieved exponentially higher standards of living. Through the interior/exterior upgrades and professional, friendly members of management, this place has rose from the ashes. A whole different experiance for a diverse group of residents from all walks of life. A great place to entertain family and friends for the summer with the pool, picnic tables and BBQ pits in the courtyard. Vastly improved.

I live here. The land Lord is nice. Good for the price, though some buildings have had better contractors than others
