TK Constructors Florence Model Center

My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Brandyn at the Richwood model center. I came prepared with a laundry list of requests and he was not only accommodating, but helpful throughout the process. We are currently a handful of weeks away from our TK home being finished and could not be more pleased with the quality, the clear communication, and project management skills. I would and have recommended both TK and the Richwood model center to friends and family.

Danny Thomas was exceptional to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions/ requests. He took the time to carefully explain everything and guide us through the process. He truly worked to ensure that we were completely satisfied. Wonderful experience with Danny at the Richwood, Kentucky model. He made the process so efficient and easy when building/planning out our St. Pete floor plan. He was very personable and made us feel welcomed during a stressful planning phase. We were torn between TK and a few other builders in the area, but ultimately chose TK due to their excellent communication and pricing. Was happy at first having Tk Constructors building my house and finally got done after long time of issues but really turned out to be frustrating and nightmare. Communication is bad and Tk is really difficult to deal with and doesn't work together or help you when you having trouble. The person with kitchen cabinets didn't leave big enough space for stove and didn't return are calls for help so we had to fix it ourselves. Told grader to do fast job just enough to get approved by county but now have drainage problems and now we have to deal with this with no help from Tk because once their done with you they don't want nothing to do it you. We needed help and all these people do is blame the other person and pass the buck. Any from Tk wouldn't want drainage problem like this or live like t

We are currently wrapping up our build with TK and couldn't be happier with our experience. We spoke with multiple builders and ultimately chose TK for their value and quality. Brandon Cloyd worked with us for months while we decided which builder we were going to build with. He answered countless emails and phone calls patiently, promptly, and professionally. He was very knowledgeable about the building process and helpful when it came to making important decisions.
