Do not use this Title company. Too many other good options. The first time I used Titan everything was fine in 2023 selling my home in Tulsa. I purchased land in Rogers county 2023 and had problems, they did work to correct the issue so I used them again. I purchased a house in FEB of 2024 and it has been a 2 year disaster! My mortgage company is not paying my property tax due to Title problems Titan has not resolved and I have no clear title in my name.

I can't leave a five star review because there was a problem. Sometimes it is good to measure a business by how they handle problems. Titan title took ownership of the mistake and corrected it.
