The Laurel - A Jenks Apartment Community

Wonderful, quiet community. Kimberlie, the property manager, is the absolute best, as well as the maintenance team. Recently had a minor maintenance request and even though I put low/medium priority, on the request, it was taken care of the same day I put in the request. Kimberlie organizes frequent community events, and I’m looking forward to being able to attend some in the near future.

We recently moved into The Laurel, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Journey and Kimberlei were extremely helpful throughout and made everything easy. The apartments are gorgeous, very clean, and well-maintained. We’re really happy with our new home and highly recommend The Laurel!

We’ve lived here two months now. It’s been a great experience so far. Maintenance responds quickly to requests. The office has great communication. It’s a very well kept property as well. I just wish the club house was open 24/7!

Bring Back Lacey… Customer service —5⭐️👎🏼 I’ve lived here for a year, and since the property was sold, I’ve seen at least three different managers. The current one? I’ve never even met. Journey, however, has shown some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The gates are broken often. Normally, I wouldn’t care, until today. Last week, the gate I usually enter through was broken, so management left it open. Today, it looked fixed. I pulled up- nothing. Tried again- still nothing. Meanwhile, the guest gate sat wide open the entire time. I turned my car around to use it, and as I was driving through, the gate suddenly closed on my car, dragging across the passenger side door to the bumper. I went straight to the office. The staff here has been so helpful throughout the process of renting and moving into our apartment. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.
