727 Lofts

Moving out of 727 lofts property was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had as a renter. Management disputed my move-out date, dragged the process out, then gave me two days’ notice to vacate forcing me to change my plans and pay to move on their timeline. Because of that chaos, I had no time to hire a cleaning company, and they still hit me with over $400 in cleaning fees. On top of that, my final statement includes multiple unexplained water recovery charges totaling over $245. It’s been over 5 weeks since move-out and I still haven’t received my deposit refund or a straight answer on anything.

This apartment honestly is not worth it, it is pricey yet totally not functional. Everyday something new breaks and there is no urgency. They work with a skeleton crew, there is no one to help you. The management is very passive aggressive especially with their signage. People wouldn’t do the things you post signs about if someone was sitting at the desk directing them. Also, so many hidden charges. Rent a house at this point. Don’t even forget the breaks in by their staff earlier this year. The ac has broken so many times and it is never a priority. I was here visiting some residents, and I’m disturbed at the living conditions of this “luxury” apartment. I was shocked to see that only about 8 residents actually exited the building when the fire alarm went off. In a five story building seeing only a few people outside, it seems like there’s no sense of care or urgency from anyone.The property just seems unsafe and managed by people who seem to have no care at all. I saw that the apartments had elevators that haven’t been checked in years, it had faulty lights that turn off randomly, and overall, it was extremely dirty and unkept in main areas. It’s embarrassing that this is marketed as luxury yet it is probably more unbecoming than the “sketchy” apartments you could find here. I also want to mention specifically what happened last nig

I have been living here for a year now. I usually wait to write reviews to see how the year has gone. I chose to live here because I found it safe and secure, and the apartment was a great fit. I do enjoy the view from my apartment, and it is close to downtown. A few things that I don’t like are the pet area. People do not pick up after their dogs. It took over 8 months for my maintenance request to be completed. I had a light that needed to be replaced, and that took a while. Recently, there have been break-ins into people’s apartments, which is ridiculous considering there are cameras. But I guess the cameras do not work. The turnover is ridiculous. We have lived here for 10 months. The facility is very nice with ample room inside our apartment and more than adequate covered parking in the adjacent 5 story parking garage. The location is convenient to everything we need with multiple grocery stores to choose from including Costco within 5 miles or so. Gathering Place a very nice free park is 10 minutes away and there are a lot of restaurants to choose from nearby. Tarah is the Leasing Professional and has been awesome to work with, she is always smiling and pleasant. Highly recommend.
