Riverwalk Apartments

This has by far been the best apartment living experience I’ve had. Maintenance is on top of work orders and very proactive in getting things taken care of. The office staff- I cannot say enough about them! Trina is an absolute doll! The atmosphere of the property is amazing. Such good vibes. I love it here!

Absolutely the best apartment complex I’ve lived at in the Tulsa area. Girls in the office are amazing and they are amazing to work with. Always helped me out when I’m out of town or need anything. I live in the 3rd floor and have never even heard anybody in the evenings. Super quiet complex good people and the best staff around. Love Riverwalk apartments

Nice gated apartments. Business accomodations so it was peaceful. Exercise area available and plenty of space. Walk in closets are great.

My experience with Aubri Mitchell was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Her customer service was poor & her attitude was dismissive. On top of that, she claimed she “couldn’t find” my new mail key, leaving me without access to my mailbox for months even after paying for the new mail key. That said, I want to be very clear that Trina, the new manager, is WONDERFUL. Trina was kind, professional, & immediately helpful. She was able to assist me & successfully help me get my mail key, something Aubri Mitchell was unwilling to do. Trina went above & beyond, going as far as immediately delivering the key to my front door. If this review were based only on Trina, it would easily be 5 stars. Unfortunately, I can only give 3 stars due to the terrible leasing professional on site. Homegirl

My apartment is nice and I have a nice view of the river. I don't consider this a gated community anymore they leave the gate open during the day now so, its no longer secure. I had hoped to retire here but...
