Renters Place - Tulsa Property Management

Finding a rent home using Renters place was wonderful. From the initial contact using their self-guided access to tour the home, the communication wirh Abby through the application process and then the quick orientation to receive keys and a welcome gift. I would highly recommend this leasing agency for anyone looking for a rental in Tulsa. In addition, the portal for payment, which includes all bills, as well as maintenance requests, makes the ease of paying bills and requesting repairs such a simple process. I am grateful to be a part of the Renters Place family!

Abby is fantastic! The whole process took less than a week from viewing to move in. All the information is very thorough and Abby will give you all the tips you need to avoid extra charges or home issues in the future! Overall we are very happy with our choice to rent here. Only downside is maintenance, they are supposed to schedule requests within 48 hrs and that did not happen. Only got a response once I escalated the issue, and the handyman was not communicative on timeline. He also just left when he was done without notifying anyone or letting us check what he had done. If they had a better vendor list itd be 5 stars!!

Communication has been smooth, and overall highly recommend this team for reliable, effective property management.
