The balance owed is a very small amount considering how long it has been outstanding and the complete lack of communication or updates despite multiple promises from your side. Chris, you and I both know that we went above and beyond to help you with the casita at this job site. In the beginning, everything started off well, but it later became clear that the job was underbid and after realizing that, we were essentially pushed aside without proper closure. I normally do not write negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others can be cautious. If you are considering doing business with this company, please be very careful about what you sign and how payments are structured. Do not release full payment upfront. Make sure everything is clearly documented in writing. In our experience, payments were collected, but subcontractors were not properly paid. We are currently owed $5,000 for completed work. We were asked to “give it some time” for payment, and since then, we have been unable to get clear communication or resolution. Wow! I have been thrilled with my tiny home purchased 1.5 years ago. The container is energy efficient and plenty of space. It did well as an Air B N B and now it’s on my property in Show Low, AZ as a mother in law suite/guest house. Everything is quality and done well. I have known the owner of tiny custom house Chris for many years now and I have to say that he definitely delivered on this wonderful addition to our real estate. Highly recommend!
