When you tour the model home that looks like you just stepped inside an Ikea store, handles on the drawers in the kitchen were falling off,priced starting in the low $300,000. For some might sound like a deal but when you pay $500 to $1000 a month in association dues (HOA) and lots squeezed together so close you can see inside your neighbors house? Yes you get a brand new home but you also get told what you can and can not have on your property for a monthly fee.

Great people living in the neighborhood but houses are built horrible. Rushed and sloppy construction. Do not use this builder for your house you will have tons of problems within only a year or so. The list goes on but includes: -TONS of roofing nails left all over the neighborhood. Do not let your kids play without shoes here!! -windows so poorly sealed snow comes in -doors are not level and can't close smooth -light switches all extremely crooked -huge settling cracks/gaps in the walls -electrical flickers constantly in good weather -air duct intakes are on the ceiling, not the floor where they should be (zero air circulation) -all ceiling light fixtures are irreplaceable LEDs -HVAC lines put underground in foundation (should be through walls, mice will get in the foundation and chew
