The apartments are amazing and the prices are more than fair here! Management here is absolutely above and beyond. Not one complaint from me at all, they have handled everything I've ever asked of them, all while providing professional service and maintaining great attitudes! Shout-out specifically, Mrs.Patty in the leasing office, great lady!

Kali is an amazing leasing agent and truly went above and beyond for me. Since I was moving out of state, she took the time to walk the entire property and sent me detailed videos of everything, which made the whole process so much more reassuring. Her communication was excellent, she was patient with all my questions, and she made what could’ve been a stressful move feel easy and confident. I stayed at Timbers of Deerbrook for 6 months while starting my first teaching job, and it was a wonderful experience. Marisol went above and beyond to make sure I had access to my apartment when I arrived late on move-in day, which made the transition so much easier. One of the things that drew me to this complex was the variety of leasing terms they offer, giving me the flexibility I needed. Even though my stay was a short stint, it never felt like a temporary residence. The community is quiet, friendly, and conveniently located near everything I needed. If you’re looking for a calm and welcoming place to live in Humble, Texas, I highly recommend Timbers of Deerbrook!

Charge way too much, a one bedroom for 1,094 with no wash room and a tub that's peeling and breaking apart and an ant problem inside the bedroom. Maintenance almost never comes and when they do, they fix the problem in the most cheapest way. Where it's like I could've done that myself lol, stayed 6 months won't be back
