I've had a great experience living here! The maintenance team is outstanding—especially Herber and Santiago. They are always quick to respond, friendly, and go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. The pool area is absolutely excellent—clean, well-maintained, and a perfect place to relax. Highly recommend this place!

I rented apartment G25 for just over a year. When I first moved in, the apartment was heavily infested with small cockroaches. They were coming from holes in the caulking around the kitchen, behind the refrigerator and range, inside the tubing of every window blind mechanism, and from the seams of the carpeting in every room. After submitting a service request, it took about two weeks before the cockroach activity stopped. By that point, I was concerned that they had already spread to my clothing, furniture, and other belongings. The apartment complex is located directly next to a wastewater facility. When the wind blows toward the complex, the entire property smells strongly of sewage. Marijuana smoking is very common throughout the property. On one occasion, I had to walk my three chil

I’ve had such a great experience since moving in! My leasing agent Ana was absolutely amazing and made the whole process smooth and stress free! We were approved and moved in within a week. Everyone in the office has been so kind and welcoming, and the maintenance team is just as great; quick, helpful, and friendly. The neighbors are wonderful, and the overall community feels safe and inviting.

Do not move here. They take their time to come and fix issues. Having a water leak in the apartment not once but twice and I’ve only been in this place for 2 months is unacceptable. When I first moved in they had knats all over the apartment. Took them about 2 weeks to get rid of them. When u call the emergency number and leave a message you get a response back from a BOT telling you your maintenance requests isn’t an emergency when piss is literally coming from the bathroom above me. I wish I didn’t renew my lease here. Management is no help at all. The only way you gonna get help is if u go up there directly. Sometimes they do not answer the phone. Let me start by saying that this was one of the best touring experiences I’ve ever had. Ana was phenomenal, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns head on. This is definitely a place to call home. I look forward to working with her in the near future. Thank you!
