Having lived here for over 9 years...I am so impressed with the new property management and maintenance teams. This was especially noted during the first two months of 2026 and the multiple snow & ice episodes. The teams provided helpful winter weather tips, outreach to residents in need, and consistent snow/ice removal services.

Yesterday we toured with Danielle and absolutely fell in love with this rental property! Her personality was warm and friendly, she answered all our questions thoroughly and addressed all our concerns from past rental experiences across the country. This property is clearly a gem with a management team who not only reinvests in their community, but also values the life quality of their residents. Every resident we saw outside was happy to be there and was friendly with the staff as well; when a resident was in the office closing out their lease, it was clear that things ended on mutually positive terms. We’re beyond excited to find a unit to meet our needs in the coming months, to call Timberlake Apartments, HOME!

this apartment complex is RIDDLED with mice. genuinely a problem. nobody told me about this when i was moving in. they will “patch holes” and place glue traps but you will literally never escape them. so if you enjoy living in a place where you can never truly find peace because you have mice walking on your counter tops and floors then this place is for you. not to mention the countless water and electricity outages. i’ve had instances where i turn on the faucet and YELLOW water comes out of it. in what world is this normal? this is crazy considering how much i pay with rent edit: couldn’t even be bothered to include an actual email in their copy and paste response. just shows how much they truly care

Long-time resident here, and every negative review you see below is accurate. Timberlake has shown a consistent lack of urgency when it comes to taking care of the people who live here. We are currently without hot water for the third time since January 2025. The first major outage in January took nearly two weeks to resolve. Now we are dealing with the same issue again. Management sent an email around noon today saying they were “looking into it,” and since then there has been no meaningful update, no timeline, and no communication. We have been extremely patient and understanding residents, but at this point it’s no longer an inconvenience, it’s a basic habitability issue.
