This is a wonderful community! Office staff is always available and maintenance staff is exceptional! The grounds are maintained beautifully and the common areas are cleaned! We love seeing the pool lit up in the summer!

We have been living at Bentwood for the last 5 years and love living here. The units are bright, modern and very upscale. This is our third apartment complex after downsizing and Bentwood is by far our favorite. The staff has been incredibly attentive and responsive to any of our needs. As one of the early tenants of the new building during covid, there were a few bugs to get out of the system and they jumped through hoops to fix them quickly. We have never gotten push back or excuses, just results. Holly is always ready to resolve any issue, help make life easier, or listen to suggestions. Look no further! My husband and I looked endlessly for a temporary furnished unit while building our home. We were so lucky to run into this place. The staff here have been wonderful, and I especially want to recognize Tamika for all her help! She went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute move and was incredibly responsive whenever I had questions about our stay. She always made sure I had clear answers right away, which made the whole process so much easier. The building itself is also very well maintained — the common areas are always clean, organized, and welcoming. I’m truly grateful for Tamika and the entire team for making this community such a comfortable and positive place to live!

I have lived at Bentwood for about 18 months and I love it. My apartment is beautiful, my neighbors are kind and the maintenance team is amazing. Very well kept and so many amenities. I love living here. Front office staff is amazing as well. Zero complaints and zero negative comments.
