Dogwood Gardens Apartments

I have been a tenant for a year now and can't say enough great things about Kyra and Benito! They are an amazing team! Friendly, responsive and always there to help out. You can't ask to better people to manage the complex. Community is quiet, very friendly, with a lot of pet lovers. Amenities are well kept. Location is great - close to shops and easy access to highways. I absolutely recommend.

I am on my 2nd year here at Dogwood and it has been a pleasure. The grounds are always well kept. Kyra with office management are always there to help. Also, whenever anything needs repairing in my unit Benito always does a fantastic job with responding promptly, and repairing everything in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you so much! 😊

Overall experience is a 10/10 so far. Property is kept well. My neighbors are respectful and friendly. Complex is quiet. Parking puts me at ease. I had an issue with my sink that was quickly resolved within a matter of one phone call. Thanks to our maintenance guy Benito. I also cannot forget about our property manager Kyra. Very patient and friendly. During the tour she was able to answer all my questions. She even responded to follow up emails promptly.

Went to tour this place this week on Thursday. Was not at all what I pictured the appearance of these apartments. First of all, the two apartments I toured were both disgusting and beaten up. It looks like it’s never been cleaned properly and a lot of the trim was busted and drywall was cracking. Some of the appliances were even damaged or beaten up. These apartments should’ve been deep cleaned and renovated everywhere as it did not scream “welcome home” or “comfortable”. I could go on but I think this explains most of it. Also found it difficult to schedule a tour as they’re closed weekends and only open till 4pm. I would’ve never left early from work to tour the place as it was only a 30 min tour? Would not recommend this place to anyone

I’ve been living at Dogwood for a few years now. Benito is the best! Whenever there’s an issue he comes out quickly and does a great job with maintenance repairs. The area is nice and well maintained. I love living here.
