Rolling Green Apartments

I’ve had a great experience with the property management at Rolling Green Apartments. Jordan and Hannah have been especially helpful—both are professional, friendly, and always quick to respond whenever I had a question or need assistance. Their responsiveness and support makes me believe living here will be much easier when I relocate. It’s clear they genuinely care about residents. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication.

I moved out of Rolling Green several years ago as the new owners were taking over. I asked for a walk thru with the new manager, we arranged a the time and she never showed. Finally got in touch with her and she forgot. She said dont worry all the units were going to be redone, walk thru wasn't needed, tho I left unit in fine condition. Waited for my deposit back, never got it....took several phone calls asking why....told someone would get back to me....no one ever did, not even a message. Even sent them a letter requesting why. Beware!

We lived at Rolling Green Apartments for over a year. We had a lovely experience. The management and maintenance were excellent. Any issue (we had few) was always taken care of asap. We much appreciate that. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well-kept. Our two-bedroom apartment was lovely. Modern, with updated stainless steel appliances. It was quiet. We never heard our neighbors. The apartment kept warm in the cold months and cool in the hot months. The laundry in the unit was great. The place was clean, and there was regular upkeep. We had a fantastic experience, and if we had to rent again, we would do so at Rolling Green Apartments.

Hannah and Jordan are amazing! Excellent communication and always available. The units and grounds are well maintained and maintenance is quick to respond. New management made a huge difference!

When I first moved here, I moved in with the prior management company which was not much of a great experience and I was not surprised they got rid of Mercedes. However ever since Hannah and Jordan took over things have been great! I was able to move into a brand new renovated apartment that was significantly better than the one the last management company put me in. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance has been very quick for any of the minor issues I have had.
