Okay, I've lived there for 10 years, let me start off this review by saying that the on-site staff were amazing. Never had any problems and think of them in extremely high regard. The corporate level of this company however is completely unfeeling and you are nothing but a number to them. The only reason I'm leaving a review is because they have been harassing me via text message every 3 days to leave a review since I moved out two months ago. So, you brought this on yourself. -Last year they arbitrarily started charging for water utilities even though it was included in the rent for the previous nine years I was living there. Which there is absolutely no way to monitor for individual units. They take the amount of water the entire complex uses and divides it by the number of units and pe

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with the team here, especially Theresa. From the very beginning she has been an absolute angel—kind, patient, and always going above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. She made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and reassuring, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. April was also wonderful and helpful, and together they made the entire experience so positive. But I especially want to highlight Theresa’s dedication and care—it really stood out and made all the difference. I’m so grateful for all of her help and couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through the process.

I lived here for about three and a half years, and honestly, can't complain. It’s a really peaceful place with respectful neighbors. If I didn't have to move for work, I’d stay for sure. It's very convenient too having everything 2mins away-Wawa, Giant, Acme, and more establishments. Whenever I had any issues—nothing big—Gregg was always quick to jump on it. He and Theresa are super helpful and friendly. Overall, a great place to live!

Well, I have been here since 2022 and I'm very content with the area, the only bad problem was the noise from the boiler room and they went above and beyond to correct. The staff is great and friendly always open for conversation, neighbors are good and met some very nice people here so let me say again I'm quite content.

My wife and I are pleasantly pleased with the quality and price for the apartments. Teresa, the property manager is a huge asset for the complex. She is always pleasant and thorough, and always gets back to issues not thoroughly handed. Looking forward to living there!
