This company has been a nightmare to work with. We have plumbing issues (bathroom stinks) and they are denying repairs ( house is less than a year old) . I would like to give their warranty department less than one star. Now they are arguing about the home inspection warranty. Just filed paperwork with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. What a nightmare!
We purchased in this development and have had nothing but problems with the warranty department. They are great at selling you a house, but not standing behind their homes. It has been one headache after another. The quality is lacking!!!!
Great location, The construction quality seems a little low for the prices..
