Sequoia Grove Apartments

This was by far the best apartments complex I've ever stayed at. The office management was always extremely helpful and professional, fair on rules, and the property was always very clean.

We’ve been here almost 6 months and loving it more all the time. This is a community that’s supportive, friendly and so nice to live in. Quiet, very well maintained. Responsive, excellent office staff and maintenance is thorough, friendly and very pleasant. We’re looking forward to being here a good long while’

Before moving here, please be aware that the pool is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and the hot tub is closed for repairs very often. If you have a patio you are only allowed 2 chairs or 2 to 4 blooming plants with a pristine deck. You are not allowed to plant flower bulbs for Spring as the management does not want to see bare pots while they are germinating. The use of leaf flowers and commercial vacuums is frequent, making it very noisy.

I love living here! I’ve lived in several other apartment complexes and Sequoia is the best. You can tell they care about the tenants and the property.

Editing this review to say: The in-person staff at Sequoia Grove are very friendly and helpful, and were able to resolve most of my issues. I still have some concerns about communication around platforms like the online payment options being locked due to a late fee and the package concierge requiring payment info/late fee before we were notified.
