The Dahlia Apartments

The Dahlia has been a great and friendly place to live. The management is helpful and considerate and I love the perks of being able to go downstairs and work out at the gym, plus being right next to the grocery store is a plus! Also, the rent seems high to some people that I've spoken with but you save so much on your utilities and electric because everything is energy efficient that it makes up for it at the end of the month! The management is very asstute- one day my daughter missed the bus (she has autism) and the manager let me know right away that she was still downstairs waiting, it made me very happy to know they were looking out for her well being ♥️

Just moved to The Dahlia and loving it! Stephanie, the manager here is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to make sure residents and visitors looking to become residents are well listened to and appreciated. The other residents have been friendly and respectful. The Dahlia is kept is pristine condition and has everything I was looking for in a new apartment. Thank you, Stephanie for going above and beyond! The Dahlia is lucky to have you on as management! :)

Great place to live, you can walk within 5 minutes to: CAT Transit Center,Wait Park, Cutsfoth Grocery Store, Canby Library, restaurants, Dental, Eye, Medical, Coffee shops, bakery, barber and beauty shops, and many more businesses. Every thing you need is right here. Our Manager Larry and Maintenance Man Steve are only a knock away.

They say they are now leasing but everytime I call it went to VM. I've walked to their office twice within biz days/hours, only to find the door locked and no one there. I did talk to someome once who had no clue what was available and to call back in two days, then back to a VM again. This is NOT how you do business! I'll be shopping for an apartment elsewhere, this place has been a waste of my time.

Olga was the sweetest and so helpful. I’ve always had a hard time reaching anyone in the office but Olga answered my call right away! She answered all my questions and was very personable.
