Great place to live! Very quiet community and everyone is very friendly. Have lived here over a year and never had an issue. Always quick to answer and help when you need it.

I currently live there but I am moving. Nice, well maintained older apartments but management is very unresponsive. Evidently they recently have had a lot of vacancies and have dramatically lowered their standards on allowing people as tenants. Everyone in my building (4 Of us) are upset with the new tenant that smokes pot all day and fills all the rest of our apartments with pot smoke as the Windows are all open due to the weather. Though pot smoking is legal and I have nothing against others imbibing I don't personally like the smell and THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A NON SMOKING PROPERTY! Which is one of the reasons I moved here. 1 neighbor is elderly and the other has a small baby and doesn't want her child exposed to the smell. I’ve been living at Redwood Terrace since 2017 Despite the rental increases every year, Redwood Terrace is a great place. It’s clean, relatively quiet, and it’s a hop, skip, and a jump from downtown canby and the Fred Meyer. You also are basically a second away from the eco park and bike trail around the corner too. The old manager here was a tad scatterbrained. They weren’t so on top of taking care of Maintence or property issues. Although, Ever since they put Amy in charge, Redwood Terrace has turned around so much! The landscaping is more routine. There are now doggy-poo bags on property for pet owners to clean messes! The gym got a brand new keypad that replaced a super annoying traditional lock. AND THE BEST PART: Amy is super responsive to maintenance issues. I put in two different

Older yet well maintained apartments well located . On Site Management and Maint very good. This apartment complex has nice spacious units at fair rental rates. Having a mgr on-site makes a real difference . Highly recommend Redwood Terrace if your looking in Canby Oregon City Wilsonville area
