Township Apartments

I’ve lived here for almost two years. The place is nice and the management team does a good job. However, since renewing my lease, I’ve had to deal with constant noise from the upstairs neighbors — you can hear footsteps, jumping, and banging throughout the day, making it very hard to rest, especially for those who work late, like me. I was offered the option to move to an upstairs unit, but it’s not that simple due to the time and expenses involved. Considering the total cost of around $2,000 per month (including utilities), I believe this type of situation should be handled with greater attention to ensure the comfort and peace of all residents. I recommend this place for its good management, but suggest keeping this in mind before moving in, as it can become frustrating after signing a

They were wonderful!!! Olivia had come in and turned our heat and lights on for us since we were gonna be after hours moving, brought our mail in. Neighbors are super friendly and my dog absolutely loves the dog park

I’ve lived at Township for almost two years and the management and maintenance are some of the best I’ve ever had to work with. Any time we’ve had any issues, Olivia (the property manager) and/or Alex (the head of maintenance) have been on top of it in a very timely and professional fashion. All of the staff we’ve interacted with have been very friendly, helpful, and willing to take care of any issues. The outside of the buildings on the property could use a face lift in some areas, like the paint and the upstairs balconies, but the apartments themselves are very comfortable and nicely maintained in a family-friendly community. We’ve enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment near Canby!

Everytime I put in a work order it is handled very quickly. Olivia and the maintenance crew are very friendly and easy to deal with. A great crew.

I want to thank Olivia, the community director, as well as the rest of the staff for staying on top of work orders and any concerns we’ve had. My sister lives in Township and Olivia has been nothing but kind, helpful and professional! Keep up the great work, it does not go unnoticed.
