We couldn’t be happier in our new home built by Tim O’Brien homes of Pewaukee. Our Project Manager Spencer was awesome. He is very responsive and made sure our home was built on time and on budget. There were a few things on the front end I would recommend be different such as a lighting budget and making sure you get all of the natural light you want in all of the bathrooms, but for 99% of things we are very happy! Great Job Spencer you made our Dream Home a reality!

We worked with Renee Bailey at Tim O'Brien Homes on three different occasions over the past 6 years - and she remembered us right away each time! All three interactions have been a wonderful experience; Renee has an unwavering, joyful, passionate disposition even in the face of competing against things she's not able to control (like a lot location being owned by another developer). Renee provides the time you need and knows pretty much any answer to any question given when considering a home plan, design, lot, finishes, neighborhood, etc. She definitely works for you, and understands your needs. TOH is great to work with. Ran into Jake W (building professional) while driving through the subdivision looking for a home. Went over and above to help us out. He continues to help us out with anything we need. Our experience with the entire company has been very positive. Highly recommend looking into them if you are looking for a home.

Our journey with Tim O’Brien Homes in building our very first home has been truly wonderful. From the very beginning, Em Webber, the New Home Sales Professional, guided us with care and expertise. Tim O'Brien construction trash in our yard and acrost the hole property line fence. I asked 2 weeks ago for it to be picked up after spending at least an hour picking up my own property. Please let me know how to contact you directly. 11/8/24 I contacted your office and all the other builders on the list. Thank you for picking up most of the garbage.
