Hi All, Neumann Development / Tim O'Brian Homes is my new neighbor, we are not impressed. They with the help of Super X dusted out our property last summer, measurable amounts of dust, to the point everything had to be washed. Then the silt fence was compromised, by dogs tied up to the property line, flooded our yard with dirt. I called and sent photos to have them address the silt fence. No one bothered to look any further than the exact spot I told them it was down, it was down in other spots. They have knocked over a tree across our property line and path. They don't return phone calls or e-mails, once they figure they are done with you. Looks like similar complaints from others. Not a good neighbor to have. Took the time to view and apply. Called in to never hear back. If I am not accepted, at least have some audacity to say so. It’s been over a week now and I was told I would be informed the following day. I was willing to pay the deposit and first month up front. Kept my hopes high to bring them down. 😔

Worked with Steve & Bryan on a land deal recently. Consummate professionals. They kept in communication every step of the way. The Milwaukee area is fortunate to have these gentlemen and Neumann Co providing quality developments for them!

Our basement has flooded twice in the 17 months since we have moved in, while the neighbors in either side of us in the brand new Neumann development had no issues whatsoever. It has cost us thousands of dollars, our moisture levels in the basement is off the charts, I don’t know if we’ll ever be able to finish our basement or if it will ever be usable space. It is a waste of space and potential square footage. We would love to know how a brand new build in a brand new development has flooded twice or what to do to prevent it even though we have two sump pumps running constantly. They also left garbage and chunks of cement and huge rusty nails everywhere when they turned over the neighborhood to the HOA.

I have been so delighted working with neumann construction. My wife and I had been diligently looking for a lot to purchase which would allow us to bring in our own builder. My wife contacted Neumann CO on a friday and offer to purchase completed Monday. Ready for closing within the week. Everybody we have come into contact with from either a phone call or personal interaction has been amazing and so helpful. Thank you all for your quick and swift sale of our perfect lot. Even as a family wedding was occurring, they responded during the weekend to questions. Again thanks for everything!
