Harbor Homes

Home buying process was great. Bought at a very expensive time in 2024 unfortunately. People were very friendly. Was very customizable. I walked the home throughly upon move in and had a lot of weird items. Literally the ventilation was left dangling in the basement on move in day (but was fixed after I pointed it out, see picture). We definitely had a lot of items within the 1 year warranty appointment. A Banana’d door, marks on the window, etc. However the team was very responsive to all of it. These homes just feel a bit mass produced and went up very quick. Irks me that I’ve spent this much on a home and it creaks like no other. I have been told “it’s just weather expanding and contracting the wood” but my neighbors homes do not do this/have the loud and MANY creaking spots. I also

We have been in our new home for almost 2 months and have been very happy. Harbor homes was on time, professional, and kind. The home is so comfortable and the neighborhood is nice and we look forward to using the neighborhood pool this summer. -Michele Stack

We recently finished building our new home with Harbor Homes in Vista Run. Our entire experience up until this point has been amazing and we are so happy with the finished product.
