Justin and Jennifer have been AMAZING to work with. If I could give a hundred stars I would. We got short notice that we would be relocated to the Milwaukee area for my husband’s job. We were nervous as we’ve only ever lived in the STL area. I did research and found Bluebell and saw nothing but stellar reviews. I called and spoke to Justin for about an hour just trying to get a feel for everything. They have been extremely responsive and knowledgeable. We came up for a weekend and they fit in as much as they could without overwhelming us. And I can tell you, they deserve every 5-star review! Justin and Jennifer are absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We felt an immediate rapport with them that made house-hunting fun in this intense market. We felt safe in their hands as first-time buyers and recommended them to a family member (who absolutely loved them over their previous realtor). I think what stands out the most to me about working with them is their patience and understanding. We never once felt pressured by them to settle for a house that wasn't right for us. Justin & Jennifer are the best! As first time homebuyers we had no idea where to start, or what advice was good advice. The Roaches were so quick to respond to our questions at all times of the day. They heard us express our concerns about our meeting a mortgage lender, and were able to refer us to a much better loan officer. They were extremely flexible with our availability for showings, even when we changed our minds last minute.
