Hidden Ponds Apartments

Ashley gave my wife and I a tour of Hidden Ponds Apartments this morning. These apartments are beautiful yet affordable. We were very impressed with these apartments as was Ashley who was very patient, upbeat, personable and took time with us to go over all the amenities this property includes.

My fiancé and I love living in the hidden pond apartments! Our balcony is one of our favorite parts. It’s private and we have an amazing view of the woods/pond. We love seeing all the wildlife. Living in a one-bedroom loft has been a great starter home for us. The apartment is easy and fun to decorate for holidays/seasons. Getting creative with storage space is essential for two people. We rarely hear any neighbors/noises from others in our apartment. Maintainance is always super quick to respond and fix any issues that arise. The complex is truly in a great location… close to restaurants, Pewaukee Beach, planet fitness, Costco, Walmart, grocery stores, and the freeway (just to name a few). When we get a house someday we will definitely miss our apartment!

My fiance and I toured a two-bedroom loft at Hidden Ponds a few months ago with Jennifer, and we were both incredibly impressed. Not only with the apartment, but also with Jennifer herself. She was personable, patient, and very accommodating when my fiance was running late from work. We really, REALLY loved the layout of the two-bedroom loft, especially the spacious loft/gaming area and the large balcony overlooking the pond. The apartment had a private, peaceful feel that’s hard to find, and it genuinely felt like you get more than what you pay for here. Our experience was entirely positive. We’re eagerly waiting for another two-bedroom unit to become available, ideally one facing south or west. It seems like people don’t move out very often, which honestly says a lot about the place!

My wife and I have been living at Hidden Ponds for just over a year now, and it has been superb. All three buildings are extremely clean, quiet, and maintained well year round. The units are uniquely designed with newer appliances and include underground parking as well as a storage locker. The property is surrounded by nature; I frequently enjoy seeing our local family of sandhill cranes stroll across the lawn in the morning. Tia, the landlord, is helpful, fair, and responds quickly to any requests. Overall, it has been an A+ experience, and I would highly recommend Hidden Ponds.

This is my first apartment and I’ve been here just over a year now!! Jennifer, the property manager, has been nothing but kind with me. Between forgetting my key or just random questions, she’s always there!! I appreciate having such an understanding caring person to help us tenants out. Also note the property itself is stellar, Jennifer keeps incredible care of the inside outside and overall wellbeing of hidden ponds.
