Tim was amazing when my wife and I needed to sell her parents home. He got lots of comps, helped advise us on the listing price, and SOLD the property in only 6 hours!!! We were blown away! He took care of everything so closing was easy. We were very thankful for all the advice and help Tim gave us during this difficult time!
