Prior to Shelley and her team taking over a 8 unit property I own, the city was threatening to condemn the building and the property management company at the time couldn’t get the issues resolved. Shelley contacted the city to get an extension and resolved all of the issues within a few weeks. In addition, her team remodeled the four vacant units for far less than I could get it done. I couldn’t recommend the company enough. She truly saved the building from being condemned and has it humming on all cylinders.

I set up an appointment with Keely to see a property in dickson/madill. She told me text to cancel the appointment if anything came up. And something did. So I followed protocol. Reached out and asked to reschedule the viewing of a rental property. when I got a rude text back saying "please attend a showing that is listed in our Facebook post. We are not able to make individual appointments.". Which this location isn't on their Facebook site, I checked. So I asked when the next viewing was since it isn't posted and have been ignored every since. We also reached out on Zillow and Trulia about this property and no one ever responded. It's no wonder the house has been listed for over 3 months with no renters. 0/10 would not recommend

I rented from Shelley for about 7yrs...there was never a month in 7yrs we didn't pay our rent...I have all the documented proof of what about to say about Shelley....the end of Sept2025 my husband got really sick so I took him to the hospital..he only worked half a week and we had alot of things to pay..so I gave Shelley half and paid some other things...which was $450..rent was $700 for a old run down roach infested rat infested 1 bedroom duplex that breakers flipped constantly..surprised it never caught on fire...my husband stayed in the hospital...into the month of September2025...I was sleeping in my car and bearly eating anything..at the time..she was calling us threatening to evict us over the remainder of the rent and mind u I already told her my husband was so sick and we will get

I have been working with the staff at Property Management Solutions for over a year now on our rental properties in Ardmore. We own quite a few rentals and I have to say that this team is the best I have ever worked with. They are there for the tenants and the landlords and make sure that the properties are kept in the best conditions possible They communicate in a timely manner and are always friendly. I would highly recommend using this staff if you need a property management company and if you were a tenant, I would highly recommend that this is the Property management team that you want supporting you as a tenant. Having experience in business relationships with property management companies, most if not all are attentive to the needs of both investors and tenants. Sometimes tenants can be very difficult, feeling entitled that the property has to be in perfect condition, which is definitely fantasy.
