Absolutely wonderful property managers! Great place to live! Kind neighbors. Friendly community. Never any commotion. Pretty quiet community. Allow pets and supply a dog park and a dog wash. With many pet waste stations throughout the complex. Safe. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional. Poor communication. Snippy property manager. Someone in the office made a mistake with respect to a tenants rent and instead of owning up that and finding a solution, the office chose to belittle, bemoan a software company, and pass the buck. Office management lied and said a support ticket was submitted to a software company about the payment portal, and the company was not contacted until *after* I contacted them and CC'd management. Egregious lies, unprofessional, and wholly embarrassing. Staff has the energy of girls who were bullied in high school and are now high off what little power they have over their tenants. Shame.

I've lived here for two years and it's been a great experience. Office manager and staff are amazing and personable people to work with and the maintenance team go above and beyond their normal duties to help with whatever we need. I love it here!

I've been here 10 months and it has just been a pleasurable experience. I moved here for work. It was a little difficult to get a hold of the leasing office at first via phone or Instagram but I'm so glad that I finally was able to (I made a day trip to the leasing office on an off day when they were open) because the hassle was well worth it. Management is easy to work with, personable, and professional. The apartments are right across the street from two schools, so it is a very safe area. The resident portal and app are intuitive and easy to use. When my family visits they remark on how nice the apartment complex is, and my new coworkers tell me I could not have picked a better apartment complex in Ardmore.

Ive been a resident at The Preserve going on my second year now! I've been more than pleased with how these folks have treated me and made any issues easy to deal with! The staff are all very sweet and can help you with any questions you have about living here! Convenient location and a quiet area to be in! I have no complaints with my time here! Id reccommend this place for anyone who wants a nice safe location to call home!
