Pecan Creek Apartments

Great for low income housing, however the roaches are bad. Pest control comes once a month but that can only do so much for german roaches. I understand they can't exactly pest bomb each complex though. Haven't had many problems though the apartment below me sometimes gets flooded :[ Police don't show up here as frequently as everyone thinks, and it's a really cute place around the holidays because different apartments decorate. A few complaints here and there but overall I call it home :]

This place is a complete disgrace. It’s not just dirty—it’s dangerous. Half the time, my family and I have been harassed or outright assaulted—by either the manager or, believe it or not, police officers connected to the place. No reason. No cause. Just pure intimidation. There’s no safety. No rules—unless they’re making up some new, dumb, made-up law to use against us. Meanwhile, drug deals go down right outside like it's a normal part of the neighborhood. The place is a magnet for sketchy, shady behavior—and no one does anything to stop it. Tried to complain to the manager? She looked at me and said "OK." That's it. Like it's totally fine that this place is a cesspool and my family got treated like garbage. No apology, no accountability, no surprise. Just that cold, empty stare. They’

Lived here for a few months. Cops are called quite often and neighbors are always yelling and fighting in the parking lot. The office is rarely open because the manager always closes early because of some illness or another. Roaches that never go away no matter how bad you fight them. Avoid this place if you can. Its income based and you can tell. Maintenance was great until they fired the poor guy for no good reason.

Have been a resident here since 2000 and have always enjoyed living here but definitely loving all the improvements that have been made!
