Rockford Garden Apartments Leasing Office

We lived here for 18 months. Had wonderful experience living, management was incredibly helpful and always responded to our requests as quick as possible. This was my best apartment experience, my wife, daughter and son do miss this place. Thank you Rockford, Kelley, Jo and others.

Never rented here, but did apply for an apt. Was turned down due to my credit score. Which was ridiculous since my credit score is close to 750. The office mgr slag seemed very shady to me and might I say a bit racist. I could care less what the Ardmorite said. For all i know the apt complex could be paying for their review. I would much rather take into account the personal first hand experiences of those who have been there before me.

Ok apartment..but the comment above is true...they will screw you on your deposit....and make up stuff and try to charge you extra... Me and my wife have been moving around places for over 9 years and never been charged extra....hell we've even got our full deposits back in most places....but here they sent us a bill for even the smallest things like (dirty kitchen floors, sinks, showers, bathroom sinks and the list goes on). What makes me furious is that me and my wife used bleach and personally cleaned everything before we moved out.

The Daily Ardmoreite conducted a survey of satisfaction with Apartments in the Ardmore area. In spite of these two disgruntled former residents, the results of the survey had Rockford Garden Apartments in second place behind Stone Creek Apartments which is 20 years newer and has rents that are about 30 percent higher.
