Tiffany Manor

Not at all Luxury or Best living. Willing to provide photos. My family moved into Tiffany Manor in October 2025 after being assured the apartment would be fully renovated and move-in ready. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Since moving in, we’ve encountered pre-existing issues, and while some repairs and touch-ups have been addressed, they do not lessen the disappointment of what feels like misleading advertising. The condition of our unit does not reflect what was shown during our May 2025 viewings or what continues to be presented online. The office had over two months to get the unit ready, yet it was not delivered as promised. The property has the potential to be beautiful but management does not take the time or money at maintaining the upkeep. The laundry room is infrequently cleaned and the courtyard is adorned with large rocks which were uncovered from past repairs and never corrected. Where there should be grass there are rocks, dirt and mud. Management could correct the problem by maintaining the property and planting grass seeds to cover the large areas of dirt and bare soil, but they don't. I'm certain that if the majority of tenants were anglo Saxon as opposed to African American, the upkeep would be much better than it currently is. Mr. Bankston, the property manager, is extremely unprofessional, rude and truly and unpleasant person to deal with. She never returns tenant calls and is slow to act u

Management treats people unfairly. If Mrs. Johnson does not like you for any small reason she will talk and treat you like dirt and will try anything in her power to make your life as difficult as possible even if this means performing illegal acts. If she does like you then you can do whatever you'd like without repercussion. It is a beautiful place to live and i enjoy living here but dread having to go to the office to speak with her if i have any issues because of the way she speaks to people who dont kiss up to her. She is not approachable, personable and is very spiteful.. beware neighbors..

Neighborhood is changing. It's a lot noisier now which is unpleasant. We're moving but overall it's been a pleasurable experience especially for Newark. We've had the occasion of particularly pesky neighbors with regard to some leaving garbage outside their door being too lazy to walk it to the dumpster but the office took care of it promptly. Overall, it's been good.

The management at this place is completely disgusting! Zakiayyah Bankston is a poor excuse of what a manager of a leasing office should be. She literally has refused to offer help to her tenants and she speaks to people with a nasty attitude. She even had the nerve to tell me (a tenant) she didn’t have to answer any of my questions when I found out that she misplaced my car documents and license information. When I asked her what did she do with them her response was “I don’t need to explain that to you”. When issues are escalated above her level, she lies to her upper management to make it seem like the tenants are the ones in the wrong. And it’s extremely sad that I’m moving out because my apartment is actually nice but I rather leave so I don’t have to deal with Zakiayyah’s ridiculous a
