this is a very good place to stay in terms of ambiance & security. the location is near in New York. the bus going there stops in front of the apartment. this is also near parks, great for kids and families.

Love this place, been here 4 years. Like anywhere there some minor issues but they fix it quickly. The staff is friendly and there are always some activities going on. The neighborhood is peaceful. Bus to NYC is steps away and the ride to NYC is 45 minutes. If you are looking for a great place to rent. Select this place.

I’ve been here almost a year. It’s a little pricey. But the apartments are spacious and have great appliances such as washer and dryer and stainless steel. The last few months I’ve been seeing roaches which solidified my choice to leave besides the price. I contacted the office about extermination and have not received any updates and that was a month ago. As far a maintenance in other regards, they are very quick to respond and solve the problem in a timely manner which I really appreciate. The office managers are really nice and welcoming. They also have a great mail area with lockers so you don’t have to worry about anyone stealing your packages if you’re not around which is something I will miss when I leave.

I recently went out to this building to discuss leasing a unit and I must say the staff in the leasing office were great. I was working with Francelle and she was personable, knowledgeable, and just all around nice. It was a great experience. In regards to the building, the grounds are impeccable and beautiful as are the units, the amenities in the units are unmatched around the area and the town it's in is a picturesque little town with a nice main avenue and tree lined streets. Everyone I encountered walking around getting to know my new town gave a nod or a "how you doing" which is very rare in this day and age. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great facility and a good bang for your buck.

Pricey apartments but they are maintained well and kept clean. And seem secured as well with cameras on the property and lobby.
