Bristol Station Apartments

I’m currently a resident at Bristol Station and have lived here for about three years. Overall, my experience has been very positive. The leasing office team is responsive, professional, and fair, which has made renting here a smooth and pleasant experience. I don’t know how she does it but Laura knows every resident here lol.

Worst place to live. Absolute scam. We had a snowstorm and management was too lazy or too cheap to even clear the roads properly — not even hiring a plow company to do the bare minimum. It’s pure negligence. They take people’s money every month but can’t handle basic property maintenance when it actually matters. What exactly are we paying all these monthly fees for on top of rent? The least they could do is clear the snow the next day so tenants don’t have to waste hours doing it themselves. Water fees? Scam. Gym? Scam. Parcel service? Also a scam. They only care about collecting rent — not about the people actually living here and paying it. Do yourself a favor and avoid renting this place.

As the DoorDash driver that delivers many deliveries to the tenants at Bristol station on a daily basis I have to say I was absolutely appalled when I arrived at the complex today and nothing was plowed or shoveled. Or barely I should say. I witnessed to cars getting stuck and took me 5 minutes to even exit the complex. For all the money they pay in rent snow removal shouldn't be a concern. Very disappointed for my customers they don't deserve this.

12 Years a Loyal Tenant — Treated Cruelly and Denied a Reasonable Accommodation I lived at Bristol Station Court for 12 years and was an excellent tenant. I paid rent on time every single month — even during COVID when I was unemployed — and never had any issues. I always treated my apartment with care and respected the staff. After more than a decade of loyalty, management suddenly turned hostile. I was falsely accused of subletting, then blocked from the rent portal and refused the right to pay rent even after I repeatedly tried, emailed, and included an attorney to show I was acting in good faith. It felt like they were trying to manufacture a case for nonpayment where none existed. When I called to pay directly, Laura Cates told me she would not accept my payment and hung up on me.

Five stars and tens across the board! 10 10 10 10 10!! We've been living here for almost 3 years now, and it's been an amazing experience from day one. From our first apartment tour to now, everything has been smooth and enjoyable. I honestly don’t get the negative comments about Ms. Laura—she’s been nothing but kind and helpful. She showed us the apartment, guided us through the application process, move-in, and even our lease renewal. She always answered our questions and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way.
