The Botanic Apartments

My experience as a resident of Botanic Apartments has been consistently undermined by what can only be described as materially deficient management practices. The property’s administrative decisions reflect a disregard for both contractual clarity and the basic expectations of habitability and tenant reliance. Most notably, management unilaterally eliminated the concierge service — a service that was a material inducement to my decision to lease — without providing adequate notice, justification, or any corresponding adjustment in fees. The removal of this service has directly contributed to ongoing issues with unauthorized vehicles occupying assigned parking spaces, creating repeated interference with my quiet enjoyment of the premises. I had a wonderful experience working with Jayla during the process of renting my apartment. She was very attentive, cordial, and professional from the very beginning. Jayla took the time to show me the apartment and all the amenities, making sure I clearly understood everything the property had to offer. She was also very dedicated and supportive throughout the entire process. She followed up consistently with the required documents and responded to all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. I recently moved into The Botanic, and the experience has been fantastic. The entire move-in process was seamless and stress-free. I want to give a special shout-out to Jayla, the Leasing Manager who was incredibly professional in helping me settle in. Her patience and dedication to making sure I had everything I needed made a world of difference during the transition. The apartments are great, but the service from the management team is what really sets this place apart. Highly recommended!

Look no further. The Botanic is your best choice! Everything about the move-in experience has been impeccable. Jayla Mullen is hands down one of the best property managers. She is very pleasant, reliable and knowledgeable. She made what was huge decision very simple. She takes the stress out of moving. I highly recommend The Botanic as it’s clean, quiet and conveniently located in a great area. I’m very impressed.

I moved into The Botanic in the beginning of December and so far my experience has been positive. Having dedicated covered parking is such a convenience, the apartment is spacious and maintenance is quick to respond to work orders. The ladies in the leasing office are very kind and professional, especially Jayla who always goes above and beyond (I was late for work one day and with my permission to enter the unit, she went to get my back pack with my nurse supplies for me so I could make it to work on time, definitely grateful :-) ).
