EVEN THOUGH I WENT WITH ANOTHER PROPERTY, I wanted to tell Lauren my awesome tour agent, that I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for her time and assistance during the apartment tour. She was absolutely amazing, and I truly enjoyed our interaction. Her enthusiasm and knowledge about the building were impressive and made the experience very pleasant. As I mentioned to her during our tour, I was quite taken with the building itself. The amenities and overall atmosphere were exactly what I was looking for it was a very difficult choice between the corner apartment with AMAZING views of the NYC and what we decided on BUT anyone would be super happy with THE ARTHUR!!!!!!

I have been living in Carteret for four years now. This peaceful town has given me the opportunity to relax and decompress from my Mon- Fri, hustle and bustle NYC life. When I saw the Arthur was being built next door I was quite curious to see how the layout of the building would be. Fast forward to now, the building is in its final stages of being done and I am completely blown away. The style and overall safety of the building were equally impressive, making it the perfect place to call home. I am super excited to start a new chapter with The Arthur! Casey is absolutely amazing!
