We recently purchased a house and Keelan Cox was the sellers agent. The whole transaction was sketchy from the beginning. He left the house “active for sale” for over a week while we were under contract and set up showings while we were under contract. Our realtor finally got in touch with his broker and personally removed the active listing and switched it to pending. Keelan was unresponsive to our realtor with minimal information and claimed he was too busy on many occasions. We had to redo the contract twice because he gave us the wrong information for his seller, then we re-signed everything all for it to have been right the first time so we had to re-sign again.
