Randy and Kyle Hunziker are they Dynamic Duo, they help me tremendously with my Condo Sale and to find a new home after my property was sold. They are super positive and extremely knowledgeable, I fully recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy. They will handle everything from soup to nuts and make any paperwork easy to understand. Plus they have cool business cards, if I could give Six Stars I would.

I seldom write reviews, but I strongly recommend that you HIRE THE HUNZIKER TEAM!!! My wife and I contracted with Randy and Kyle Hunziker of the Hunziker Team (Momentum Realty) to help us sell our home where we lived for the past three decades and to help us purchase the home for embarking on our senior years. Having three times in my youth sold a home without the assistance of a realtor, part of me toyed with the hubris of selling this one on my own to save money. Thankfully, my better judgment prevailed. So much has changed in the past three decades. And all-the-more-so as we put our home up for sale as the market was turning from one favoring sellers to one favoring buyers (May ’24). We quickly realized not only that we made the right decision, but that we had won the realtor lottery

Randy and Donavan sold my house in one day! I appreciated their honest recommendations to enhance the beauty of my home to make updates and fixes that led to a great sale price. Donavan put in extra effort to help distribute my excess furniture to a local charity. Kyle and Randy were everything you would want in a realtor. Amazing professionalism, understanding of the home buying process, and just flat out friendly people. They listened to my wants and needs in buying a home and did everything in their power to make it happen.
