The Flats at Tioga Town Center Apartments

Tioga is a wonderful place to live. I have just signed for my second year on my apartment. They are all so good here. The girls in the office go out of their way to help you and the maintenance guys are so good about fixing anything you may need them for. I highly recommend living here as they keep everything clean and so much right here, restaurants, dentist, eye clinic, and shops. I have no complaints about anything.

The Flats at Tioga is definitely where you wanna be if you're looking for convenience, location, and enjoyment. These beautiful and spacious apartments are located above Tioga Town Center, so you're literally steps away from some of the best restaurants in town! My favorite part is how exceptional the customer service is. Both the office staff and maintenance have been here for 2 years plus. They know this place like the back of their hands and always make sure to go above and beyond with any request. Currently they are building more apartments and I cannot wait to enjoy all the new upscale amenities opening this year.

My Family and I have been living for two years now at The Flats in Tioga and we love how well the staff the care of the apartment complex and all of us. Issues are dealt with fairly fast, they are great about communicating with us. I also love that it’s a lot more sound proof than a lot of the newer buildings these days you can rent. The area is great, you feel very safe and it’s visually very pretty. I love taking walks daily in the shaded walking trail. I would recommend renting here if you want a safe, cozy neighborhood and great staff to deal with if you have issues.

They are the devil incarnate. They will evict you without due process, rent your apartment, and still try to bill you for the contract they canceled. In a blink they will send to collections. Do not trust them.

I’ve lived at the Flats for almost 3 years and have absolutely loved my time here. The community is safe and so beautiful. I love my apartment and have never had any issues. Maintenance is responsive and knowledgeable; the office staff are friendly and always willing to help. As long as I’m working in Gainesville, I don't see myself living anywhere else! My friends and family also love the complex and enjoy their visits very much.
