We have been very pleased with our Norfleet home. We purchased one of the cottage homes in Country Way Town Square. The home is designed very well and we absolutely love it. Everyone we have dealt with throughout the process has been so nice and friendly. You can tell they love what they do. I highly recommend building a home with Norfleet.

I have built two homes with Norfleet and it has always been a pleasant experience. Very helpful, timely and such a hometown feel in their office. They make you feel like family when you walk in the door. My son and daughter-in-law also built a home with them and had the same experience. they build a great home!

Amazing people leading amazing people to there community and adding more family to the community the houses are literally to die for and drop dead gorgeous! Such a cute little place to grow up and to make so many new friends!! We have had the absolute best experience with Norfleet. Not being from here, I wasn’t sure who the best builders were in the area. Norfleet was recommended to us and we moved into our home in April 2024. From the immaculate construction to attention to small details, they have been amazing. I’ve even been impressed with all the contract workers they hire. Everyone is professional, kind and welcoming. I can only speak for Country Way Town Square, but the Norfleets have created such a wonderful community where we feel safe, secure and welcome. Not to mention, our favorite restaurant Stonehouse is in walkable distance. 10/10 recommend Norfleet!
