Dawn Johnson did an excellent job in helping me find and land my home in Alachua. It was a little more challenging with me being located up in Michigan so she had to do much more to help me than is normal for sure. And I am probably a bit more of a pain than most too! After closing she even went to the city of Alachua and helped me get my utilities set up because they would only do it in person and I wasn't going to be down there for another 10 days or so. And I definitely did not want everything shut off until I was able to get there. She was a life saver given I didn't know anyone down there yet. I would definitely recommend her! Thanks again Dawn!!
