Manager once called the cops on me when I was resisting in my car, he thought I was a homeless man trespassing on drugs because that what the sheriff told me. I grew up there and all the managers always saw me clean my laundry and play around the apartments. It is extremely sad they are calling the cops on 15-16 year olds. They also told me I cannot use the laundry service because they said I didn’t live there. I used to live there with my parents and I’m thank ful I’m no longer in such a hostile environment. Please re-consider applying. I had a horrible experience growing up here. Racism seems to be an issue with the management aswell.

I love living here. Always so helpful and really take care of the place. The place is cheaper that other apartments you'll find in TO (2 bdrm/2 bath with a large living room!) and many are remodeled on the inside--mine has a remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. It's a little 70s on the outside but it's a part of the charm. SO QUIET, IT'S CRAZY. I love it here, truly.

We applied for an apartment after three weeks there’s no update had to call them to find out if we were qualified or not. And the person said that nobody got the apartment with no further details. I wish they were professional to notify people who applied so they will move on since we PAID for that application.
