Anchor Loans has been great to work with. They made the approval process for my current projects very easy. Arnold is my go-to person; no matter the challenge, he always finds a solution and gets answers to any questions I have. I can't speak highly enough of him and Robby. I have closed many loans with Anchor Loans and one thing I can appreciate is that, it is a very flexible lender. They will still do their due diligence, but they’re flexible on what’s more important and not less important where many lenders and banks are focused on little nonsense that doesn’t really equal to the deal stack or capability of the borrower or actual risk level therefore I think they’re missing out a lot of deals. Anchor is completely opposite, they understand the value of scalability to both borrower and the lender. Definitely doing business with them for a long time.
