Charlie did a great job fixing my dishwasher, drawer, screen door. He wore booties, which I really appreciated. He paid attention to details and everything was completed perfectly. Thank you Charlie. So good to see that Arrive takes good care of the residents work orders efficiently and professionally.

Five stars for Charlie! We had a water pipe burst and were freaking out, we have a little baby at home and were worried about water damage and potential for mold. Charlie was calm, professional and took care of everything. This place is nice but just like any other complex has its issues (old buildings, water pressure, loud neighbors), but it is people like Charlie that make this place of choice. Thanks!

Charlie did an excellent job installing the blinds in my home. He was professional, punctual, and very respectful, even made sure to cover his shoes before coming inside. The blinds look perfect, and I truly appreciate his attention to detail. Highly recommended.
