Non-responsive, rude, when I finally was able to make contact and set up an appointment to view the property, I never heard anything back from them and when I showed up I was informed that the appointment was canceled because *I* did not confirm it (I did, THEY did not confirm it) and refused to show me the property. Dealing with them has turned me off the property completely. Incompetent and rude. Tired of playing phone tag and then getting blamed for them not following up.

Tom skiffington is Andrew sundell Broker of record. I call tom office and left the mesage and his cell . But no answer or call back .about the following problem And a copy of all legal documents regarding this property. I am being accused of taking the old owners money, per a phone from a lady that called last Monday. And the guy incharge of the estate said the township is involved so everything will be done legally now per his words. Also, I spoke to Andrew today and he says I have to talk to Natalie. Natalie says she has nothing to do with this problem. The settlement company also claims they don't have anything to do with the problem as well. What is the purpose of a property disclosure if everything is not accurately included on there? And the person purchasing the home is findi
