My girlfriend and I were interested in purchasing a property that Liam was listing. We were working with our own buyer’s agent to represent us. When our agent initially reached out, she discovered that Liam does not take phone calls from buyer’s agents and only communicates via email. We found this unusual for the real estate industry, but decided to proceed nonetheless. After viewing the property, we submitted an offer.
