Southgate Commons

My son and I lived in a two-bedroom at the Southgate Commons for around four years. Throughout our time, Robert and his staff were a pleasure to work with, and attentive to all of our requests. My favorite part of my particular apartment was the garage and shared basement. I found the rent prices more affordable especially compared to the overall value. In my building, neighbors became close friends, and I'm sad to say goodbye to Fairview Avenue. Highly recommend as a great long-term option in Perkasie!

I moved to Southgate Commons two years ago. I hadn’t lived in an apartment for forty years. Barbara and Robert were kind and informative, helpful and understanding. My clean building of four apartments had respectable/ respectful tenants. Maintenance was always completed in a timely manner. As a Senior Citizen, I felt safe. I loved my time spent in my two bedroom on Fairview Avenue.

We lived at Southgate Commons for 4 years and really enjoyed it! No issues with management at all. Whenever we had to call the office for a question, it was always answered in a timely matter. Maintenance was always quick at coming by if needed. The property is well kept and lawns are mowed every week. Thank you for a great experience!

We lived in Southgate Commons for 8 years . Our kids were born there. We had great time and great memories. We left Southgate Commons at Fairview Avenue because we bought a house. Thank you very much to Barbara and Robert for being on top of things 😊. We loved the place. Quiet ,clean and wonderful place. Thank you very much for everything.

I lived here for 2 years with my young child, it was my first time renting and we liked living here. No one ever bothered us, if there was an issue w/ my apartment, management would come in a timely manner. We liked our neighbors in our complex. We ended our lease only because my child is older now, and we wanted something bigger with a backyard. Before I left I cleaned from top to bottom so I could get my full security deposit back, and I did get my entire deposit back. I would recommend these apartments to everyone, it was a nice first experience renting.
